West Studios Networking

Promoting your small creative business

West Studios' second networking event is designed to help creative professionals understand the best method of getting media coverage for their business. This events guest speaker is Phil Bramley, editor of the Derbyshire Times.

Event Schedule:

6pm - 6.15pm Welcome & arrival.

6.15pm - 6.40pm Phil Bramley talk and Q&A session

6.40pm - 7pm Other Speakers and Networking activity

7pm - 9PM Networking & Celebration

Selected attendees will have 5 minutes to share a business idea or ask for advice. The group will then have 5 minutes to provide feedback/advice to the speaker. Limited places available so please get in touch if you have an idea you'd like to share or ask advice on.

Make sure to come down and take a look at our gallery-shop for lots of cards, gifts and quirky items, Items sold at West Studios have been made from small, independent businesses, many of which are Derbyshire/Sheffield based.

The gallery-shop is open Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm. We are also open Saturday & Sundays on the following dates:

  • September 18th & 19th

  • October 2nd, 3rd, 16th, 17th, 30th, 31st

We also have a small selection of cards, notebooks and pin badges on our Etsy store with more to be added soon.

Gallery & Exhibitions

The annual Open Exhibition is open for public viewing until Thursday 23rd September. The exhibition is a celebration of art in it’s various forms. The exhibition features a range of work from artists far & wide. Opening times for the exhibition is the same as the shop, listed above.
