One of West Studios' goals is to help the creative community within Chesterfield grow and thrive. To help make this possible we offer a variety of services designed for artists, creatives and businesses.
Exhibitions
We offer local artists and creatives the chance to exhibit their work with West Studios' gallery-reception, studio room and corridors. Each exhibition runs for approximately 4 weeks. While it is free to exhibit your work at West Studios there is a 30% commission on anything sold and a preview evening/opening night costs £60. If you would like exhibit your work or find out about our upcoming exhibitions then get in touch.
Saturday 30th June is the closing date for stallholder applications for our Summer Market.
Creative Events
Throughout the year West Studios hosts creative events to help grow Chesterfield's Creative Community. These events vary from business-to-business networking events to opportunities to sell at our markets to supporting our resident artists and businesses through open studios.

Open Exhibition
This is our annual collective exhibition that West Studios organises. This year is our fourth Open Exhibition and it will run from Friday 7th - Saturday 29th September, with the launch evening on Thursday 6th September. Artists are welcome to submit up to 3 pieces for this exhibition. This exhibition has an entry fee of £10
Gallery-Shop
Our gallery-shop gives artists and creatives the opportunity to sell their work through West Studios. There is no charge to display your work within the shop however there is a 20% commission on anything sold.
Room Hire
Whatever your event, West Studios offers a contemporary and relaxed environment that's perfect for interviews, corporate meetings and informal team-building activities. Throughout our meeting rooms you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, projectors, an interactive screen and refreshments. We tailor our rooms to match your bookings requirements. College Theatre
Working with Chesterfield College, West Studios has been able to open up the College's Theatre to give smaller theatre companies the opportunity to bring their plays to the area. For more information about bringing your play to the college theatre then please get in touch!
Digital Marketing
Being active online is vital for any modern business. If you're new to using online tools such as social media, blogs etc. and would like some help then get in touch. Our Digital Marketing Sessions for beginners cost £25 for a two hour one-to-one session. This can include help setting your business up online, learning more about social media, blogs and other digital marketing tools and improving your online presence.
